Deposit: 2 night deposit on all weekly rentals, 1 night deposit on 3 day rentals. Refunds minus a $100 fee if entire reservation stay is filled within one week prior to stay. Must cancel 30 days prior to stay.
Mini Vacations/Daily Rates/Holidays
Mini vacation peak season: Tuesday or Wednesday thru Friday, or Saturday thru Monday or Tuesday during peak season. 3 or 4 day minimum stay in our cabin or condo's. Add $25 per nite for a Friday Saturday night stay if available!
(Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day 3-day minimum), no other incentives apply to this period.
Rates include dock slip in our new docks, and free use of our Kyaks, Canoe, and Paddle Boat.
Pet policy: Yes we do accept small pets in cabin only (ONE). Small pets must be on leash, must cleanup after, not allowed on furniture, must be in kennel if left unattended, $100 CASH DEPOSIT REQUIRED, refundable on checkout.. (One pet only)
